Conditions

1. Participation fee and application fee

-to complete your application to our masterclasses it is required to transfer an application fee of 80,- € to the following bank account:

reason for transfer: masterclasses

- participation fees (including application fee):

double bass: 290,- € for each course; 530,- € for both

- your application will not be confirmed until the fee is transferred to our bank account
- in case of withdrawal by any applicant, the academy will keep the application fee to cover its allowances. The rest of the money will be transferred back to the applicant.
- all participants have to come up for their travel expenses themselves

2. Food and accomodation

- IJOA can organize hotel (with breakfast) or holiday flat for the time of the course
- meals have to be organized by the partipiciants themselves

3. Insurances

- it is recommended to independently insure oneself covering illness, third party risk or your instrument damage or theft.
- insurances covering the risks mentioned above can in special cases be contracted at your expense when arriving in Pleystein.

4. Repertoire

- it is strictly recommended to send a list with the repertoire you want to work on with your application. This will help our coaches and correpetitors to be prepared for the masterclasses.

4. Scholarships

- It is possible to have the participation promoted by a scholarship or partial scholarship. Please send a short request explainig your situation enclosed to your application.
- all scholarships are supported by the bavarian culture fund.
